Please do yourselves a favor and don’t spend a dollar at the dishonest company. If you do decide to pay full price for a camper you mistakenly buy you will be thanked by a poor attempt at a fist fight in the parking lot.

Great Employees-restrictions of when purchase can be made, how long it takes to pick-up, hours of business for working people, especially when location takes extra travel time, all seem less than customer friendly. We did not purchase from them for these reasons. Competitor was much more customer oriented. Love our camper!

They seemed nice up front, but have done everything they can since, to avoid having to pay a claim or fix an issue. The service after the sale SUCKS! It's the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They sell the "Warranty Forever" to avoid having to be responsible for the products that they sell. They use it to hide behind.

They are not interested in any servicing, they just want to sell and be done with you. We will buy our next Camper at Harrolds or Good Life.

My mother in law found a used camper here they really liked. She drove over 2 hours to go look at it. Tom (the owner) helped her with the transaction. I advised her the questions she needed to ask while looking at this unit. She liked the camper but it had a few minor flaws being the flooring in kitchen was cracked and peeled up and plastic skirting around wheel well on was side was missing and the tin was bent up from a prior blowout. She tried to negatioate price but he refused to budge any at all. She asked if he would throw a hitch into the deal due to her current hitch missing parts and he refused to give any assistance on a hitch as well. Another major problem was this unit was advertised on there website with a 60 day warranty and when Tom was questioned about this he said that if it was on the website it was a mistake. A check for full price was wrote for the camper. I went the next day to pick up unit and was greeted by Tom at the front desk and his wife which works up front as well. The camper was outside shop being “ran through”. I told Tom I planned on leaving a review based on how this transaction was going to be completed and expressed my concerns in a professional manner. Tom yelled at me to go outside and he followed me out the door. He proceeded to scream at me and tell me I would be held criminally accountable for slander against his company...? I informed Tom that I had taken pictures of the website proving he had offered it with warranty and this only upset him more and he still refused to honor it. Ended up he was trying to fight me and had to be held back by his wife and dragged back inside. All because I said I would leave a review! To top everything off I pulled camper straight to the lake and set it up and they hadn’t even emptied the black tank as it was half full!!

Tom, Nate and dog Willow greeted us today! A motor home has been a dream, and on our bucket list since we got together 27 years ago. Our decision on Bob and Jo's was easy, as they offer a lifetime warranty. For us "first timers" that is huge! We are very excited to go motoring/camping and feel VERY comfortable with Bob and Jo's!

Drove an hour to get there to be greeted rudely by the front desk guy helping someone else. When a helper arrived up front told him which unit I was looking at he just said its in our bottom lot. I followed him down there and he just went and unlocked it. I looked around it a bit inside and out and asked 1 question about the electrical and if it worked or not and if the air worked. He said Ill have to go look in the file and see what the previous owner said about it. It was a used unit but it was dirty. Not even cleaned up to sell. Asked him what his bottom dollar was and said price was firm no room for negotiation. So let me get this straight, you want me to drop X amount of money on a dirty camper in hopes that the previous owner had told the truth about the electrical working. Ill take my money somewhere else.

They get 2 stars, because they were eager to help when we were looking at a new trailer and helped with the financing, but I would expect that from anyone. After we bought the Travel Trailer, we had some issues that came up. We paid them to deliver the trailer to us. First, the AC didn't work. We called and were told "You have warranty forever, so just have somebody who's certified fix it and submit a claim. " We did, and when we turned in the claim, we were told that all work needs to be pre-authorized. I said it was. They asked for the approval. I said it was verbal and they said that didn't count. Next, we had issues with a few outlets that didn't work and a window latch that was broken. We were told that the only way they would help us get it covered, was if we drove it 3 hours back to their place to have it fixed. The window latch was a $45 part. It's not worth the gas and time off work to pull a trailer 6 hours round trip, to have that fixed.

I personally know of 4 other couples who have done business here and said they will never go back. One couple had the same thing with an advertised warranty and they refused to honor it. Another couple bought a new fifth wheel and have been trying for a couple years to get it into there shop for warranty work but they are always to busy.
